Service Description
EzToVideo provides a web interface for generating short AI videos from text prompts and, where enabled, permitted image references. Generations are asynchronous, may fail, and may vary in quality. Model availability, features, limits, and output duration may change over time. The Service may rely on third-party models and infrastructure. Use of third-party technology does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you satisfy this requirement. We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.
User Obligations
By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms, and only with content for which you have the required rights, permissions, and consents.

You are solely responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and downstream use of those outputs. You must not represent AI-generated content as real-world footage where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful.
- Use generated content in a way that violates platform rules, applicable law, or the rights of another person.
- Attempt to circumvent content moderation, usage controls, or security measures.
- Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, its systems, or connected infrastructure.
Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
EzToVideo and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, model orchestration, branding, and site materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.
As between you and EzToVideo, we do not claim ownership of content you submit. To the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. Outputs may not be unique, may not be eligible for intellectual-property protection, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or non-infringing. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs, outputs, and downstream use do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, or upload content without sufficient rights, consent, or legal basis.
- Create, request, upload, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or otherwise obscene content, including any content involving minors.
- Create or facilitate face swaps, deepfakes, identity impersonation, or manipulation of a real person's likeness.
- Create content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, violent, harassing, defamatory, or intended to deceive, exploit, or harm others.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, overload, bypass, or otherwise interfere with the Service, its limits, access controls, or security protections.
Refund Policy
Payments, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Subscription Terms
If you purchase a subscription, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms:
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings or the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
- No prorated refunds after the 14-day window: Unless required by applicable law, we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in an active billing cycle once the 14-day refund period has passed.
- Failed renewal charges: If a renewal charge fails, we may retry billing. If payment remains unsuccessful, subscription benefits may be suspended or ended.
- Plan and price changes: We may update subscription pricing or plan features with reasonable prior notice. Changes apply from your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
By starting or maintaining a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
Suspension, Content Restrictions, and Termination
We may reject a generation request, remove or restrict access to content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Service or another person is at risk, payment is overdue or reversed, or action is required by law. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination without a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You remain responsible for obligations incurred before suspension or termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes become effective when posted, unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a generation will succeed, meet your expectations, be accurate, or be legally usable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzToVideo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service.
