What is included in the Free plan?
When promotions are available, sign in to receive 10 welcome credits once. Both free and paid users can claim 3 credits per UTC day by checking in. Without an active paid subscription or remaining paid credits, you can generate with Seedance 1.5 Pro at 480p for 4 seconds without audio. With either, you can use all supported models and spend welcome and check-in credits on them too.
What is the difference between subscriptions and one-time credits?
Subscriptions provide the lowest price per credit. Credits reset after successful payment for each billing period, and unused credits do not roll over. One-time pack credits never expire and have no recurring payment.
How many credits does each video use?
Credit usage depends on the selected model, resolution, duration, and audio settings. Review the credit cost shown before generating your video.
Are payments and uploaded files secure?
Payments are handled by our payment provider. Authentication and generated-video storage are handled by our service providers using the security controls described in our Privacy Policy.
Can I upgrade later or buy extra credits when I run out?
You can buy a one-time credit pack for extra credits, or subscribe if you do not have an effective subscription. Only one subscription is allowed at a time; plan upgrades and downgrades are not currently supported.
How can I provide feedback or report issues?

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from your account billing settings or through the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access active through the current paid period.
